Location is Superb, Hotel is also very good. RECEPTION Stuffs are very good. only one think I didn't like that is house keeping. They are not changed the pillow cover or bed sheets in my 5 night stay. As per their policy they are supposed to give 2 bottle of water every day. but unfortunately almost all the days I have to tell them regarding this then only they provide the water. Secondly House keepings room cleaning is horrible. Even for the change of towels also they did after my request. No refiling of tea bags and milk after first day which is not at all accepted in these category hotels. Breakfast also very good. Over all i am satisfied apart from housekeeping.

The reception was manned by very efficient and friendly personnel. The room was cheery, airy, spacious and superbly designed, as was the bath area. Ditto for the common areas. Breakfast was good and there is adequate options in the food menu for vegetarians. The location is perfect! We liked the fact that there is a Water Refill Station in the corridor and a glass mug in the room, which eliminates the use of plastic bottles. We made a change to our booking and the management accepted to make adjustments to the amount already paid. We appreciate that.

We were in Almaty to celebrate our 15th anniversary and the hotel staff made it special by getting us a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. The hotel is well equipped and we had a gorgeous view from our room. It is also located in one of the most happening streets as we could literally walk to all places we wanted to eat or party at.

Great location, good breakfast. The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy, with modern design, the furniture is new and the room is provided with everything you need. They also gave a welcome compliment - apples, nuts and water - it was nice. I liked the idea of glass bottles instead of plastic ones - they try to stay green.

The staff, room, location - all was great! The best hotel in Almaty. I had a room at the 5th floor with the park view. There is a bit noise from the A/C at the roof,but I was ok this that.Overall the room is very comfortable. The spa is ok, but the sauna is too small and located in changing room.
